Find answers to frequently asked questions about common faults and solutions.
If the engine fails to start and is accompanied by a “clang” knocking sound, first check the starting system, including the battery, the starter, the starting switch, the starting relay, the starting circuit, etc., to ensure that they are normal. If the problem persists, review the maintenance history of the engine, especially if the injection timing error was caused when the camshaft was installed. Use the KTS diagnostic instrument to read the fault code, analyze and compare the data flow, find the fault and repair .
Reasons for poor braking may include insufficient air pressure in the cylinder, excessive brake pedal travel, air leakage due to damage to the rubber parts of the brake master valve and brake chamber, pipe split or joint leakage in the gas pipe, brake adjusting arm failure resulting in excessive brake compartment push rod travel. Solutions include checking the air pressure, free travel of the brake pedal, piping and valves for proper operation .
Brake unilateral failure is usually caused by different brake pedal clearance sizes, different contact conditions between the left and right wheel friction pads and brake drums, oil or hardening friction pads, bending deformation of brake chamber push rods or serious air leakage in gas lines and joints. Brake components need to be inspected and adjusted to ensure that they are in good condition .
Disassemble the worn parts to find the cause of friction.
First, determine the specific location of the worn part and check the wear condition. Secondly, the position of the wear parts is rearranged to observe the operation of the engine. Finally, the parts are fixed after the position is determined to avoid secondary wear caused by displacement.
Connect the high and low pipes of the air conditioner with the refrigerant tables, start the vehicle to open the air conditioner, and after about 1 minute, the high pressure pressure continues to rise until the pressure valve control compressor stops working; Since the condenser of this model is installed in front of the water tank and relies on the water tank fan to dissipate heat, this causes the failure of insufficient heat dissipation when the water temperature is low and in the parking state.
This model is equipped with a constant temperature electromagnetic fan, so a control line is needed to be connected from the compressor’s power cord to the low-speed control port of the fan control relay. This will enable the compressor and fan to work together.
Lengthening the length of the balance shaft head and changing the original fixing bolt to a large nut (such as the design of the front end of the steering joint) can effectively reduce the failure of the balance shaft bolt.
Inspect the middle section of the center bridge and check the cone gear clearance and bearing clearance.
Install suitable thickness adjusting spacers between the two bearings on the cone gear, and adjust the thickness of the spacers several times until the cone gear operates smoothly and without axial clearance.
The support Angle plate of the transmission shaft of the frame is too short, resulting in the Angle of the front and rear transmission shafts being too large, and the transmission shaft universal joint cannot maximize the steering in the normal running of the vehicle, so the transmission shaft hanger is easily damaged and the vehicle jitter.
Replace the drive shaft suspension bridge, correct the drive shaft, lengthen the support Angle plate of the drive shaft by 5cm, and then install the drive shaft hanger.
